A simple working rhythm

From first tap to final invoice.

Capture time while it happens, add enough context to remember the work, then turn the ledger into useful totals.

01 / CAPTURE

Start immediately

Begin a timer with one tap. Multiple timers can remain active, and running work survives an app restart.

02 / DOCUMENT

Keep the context

Add a free-text note, reusable key:value tags, a Jira issue, or an optional current position.

03 / ACCOUNT

Make hours usable

Review and correct entries, summarize by day or week, then filter by the tags that matter for an invoice.

Small by intention

The essentials, without a service wrapped around them.

01

Flexible project structure

Use tags such as customer:acme, project:zero, or type:on-site. Tag names and values can be reused instead of retyped.

02

A ledger you can correct

Edit start and end times, descriptions, tags, and optional positions. Delete entries that should not be there.

03

Time-zone aware

ClockLedger keeps both UTC and local-time information so records remain meaningful across travel and daylight-saving changes.

04

No lock-in

Share spreadsheet-ready CSV or a complete SQLite database for backup, inspection, and future migration.

“Your timesheet can be both useful enough for invoicing and private enough to stay in your pocket.”

ClockLedger’s design principle

Optional connections

Connect when it helps. Stay local when it doesn’t.

User initiated

Jira worklogs

Import issue keys and names, associate them through a tag, and send completed entries back as worklogs. Credentials stay in the iOS Keychain.

One-way export

Self-hosted Traggo

Export selected completed entries through Traggo’s API. ClockLedger does not silently pull, overwrite, or delete upstream records.
